How it works

My bookkeeping service involves recording and reconciling all the transactions in your business, using cloud accounting technology that can give you a real-time picture of your business finances.

Set up – If you don’t already have Xero, I can set you up with your cloud accounting software and import information from your previous software if needed.

Tidy up – If you already have Xero, I can help you to tidy up or catch-up in your existing system if you need it.

Sales – I record your sales and you or I can invoice your customers.

Account reconciliation – You authorise your bank to connect with Xero so I can reconcile your bank accounts and let you know if there are any receipts missing – this helps to make sure you claim everything you can against tax.

Information – I provide you with monthly reports so you can see how your business is doing. I can also help you keep track of which customers owe you money.

Access – You can access your accounts in Xero whenever you want.

Tax Year End – I prepare your accounts ready to go to your accountant.
